With the emergence of NIL (Name/Image/Likeness) the elite athletes are now awarded an opportunity to earn income as professionals do. They are also faced with the responsibility of trying to then manage themselves as professionals. So many young athletes aspire to go pro. Yet they don’t understand what it takes to get there and everything that comes with not just becoming a professional but becoming a successful one.
We work with high character student athletes at every stage of their career who are driven and want to put themselves in the best position to advance their careers to make it Pro.
