I started VSGPRO because today’s athletes have more complexity and responsibility than at any other time in sports, as opportunities and financial compensation are growing rapidly and begin earlier.
This is a new era for athletes and requires a new era of representation that supports this professional mindset.
A Bit About Me
Boise and the Northwest is home...
Prior to starting VSGPRO, I was a linebacker for the Chicago Bears in the NFL and for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL). I played college football with the Boise State University Broncos, and returned to the Broncos after my pro career to coach - as the player development director, assistant strength and conditioning coach, running backs coach and special teams coordinator.
I grew up in Sports...
My father, Max Venable, drafted out of high school played 12 season of Major League Baseball as an outfielder. He played for the San Francisco Giants, Montreal Expos, Cincinnati Reds, and California Angels.
My brother, Will Venable, is a professional baseball coach and a former Major League Baseball player. He is the associate manager of the Texas Rangers. He played as an outfielder for the San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers and Los Angeles Dodgers.
